As said the owner, the manager and the supreme authority of MBCBC is the Governing Council of the Conference of the Mennonite Brethren Church of India (G.C.Regd. No. 63/1958). The M.B. Board of Theological Education is appointed by the Governing Council (G.C.) is to assist it in the management and administration of the M.B. Centenary Bible College. Therefore, the structure of the MBCBC would be in the following way:

Governing Council is supreme Authority

The President of the Governing Council is the supreme authority.

The Board of the Theological Education G.C

The President of the Board is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal is the Executive Officer.

Administrative Committee

Administrative Committee consists of Principal, Registrar, Treasurer and all the Deans. The Principal is the Chief Executive Officer of the Administrative Committee. Principal acts as per the policies, decisions and guidelines of the Governing Council, Board of Theological Education and Administrative Committee of the College. Faculty of the College serves as the Advisory Body of the College. Decisions and the resolutions of the Faculty have to be approved by the Board and the Governing Council. When the Principal is away, the Academic Dean/Registrar or one among the Administrative Committee members will be In-Charge as entrusted by the Principal.
